Karen has been involved in the service industry for more than 30 years. She has been the sole owner since 1989, and the HEART of TEE Janitorial's culture and continued success. Due to Karens exceptional time management and veteran operation skills, she has helped TEE become one of the most trusted and exceptional cleaning companies in Northern California. She has been awarded multiple contracts by the State, City, County, Federal and private sector agencies. Karen is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, along with maintaining work schedules within the field. Karens character is admirable and one of a kind. Her dedication and leadership is embedded into the culture of TEE as well as within the employees.
